FreeShipping Policy To Continental United States: For any order sub totaling $99.00 or more you will recieve free shipping on your order. 

**Please note**: Shipping methods for free shipping include ground shipping only within the continental United States! No express shipping on free shipping offer. Your specific location or vendor will determine shipping method used. By default orders will go out UPS Ground. If going to a PO Box orders will be shipped USPS Parcel Post.

**Please note**: Most products will display "Eligible For Free Shipping" on product page. This means that the product qualifies for our free shipping over $99.00 program.This display does not mean it ships for free but mearly that the product qualifies for the program. A combined total of any product or products must total $99.00 or more to ship free.

 

Shipping Statement:

The days of the 5 cent stamps are long gone! Shipping in today’s day and time has evolved into a highly technical and very efficient service that has also become very competitive. Fuel costs have hit us all very hard and the trickledown effect ends up coming out of our pockets. Shipping costs have skyrocketed! At BlanketCentral.Com we have tried very carefully to offer the most convenient and cost effective services for our customers. Unfortunately we can’t dictate the price for these services. It goes without saying. Try to place your orders so you may utilize the least expensive means of shipment!  Allow plenty of lead time for your orders. If you have special shipping requests, please contact us at info@blanketcentral.com or call 1.603.501.1942 so that we may assist you.

 

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Overseas Deliveries:

Some items may not be available for shipment to these areas. We will make every attempt to ship your items to your requested location. Some items may require additional shipping time. If you have a question please contact us before ordering.

**Canadian and Overseas Orders Please Note: There may be additional customs fees associated with the receipt of your package. These are not imposed by Blanket Central and are not associated with us in any way. Blanket Central is not responsible for these fees and cannot say ahead of time what they will be since they are not imposed or collected by us.

 

APO, FPO, and PO Boxes:

Shipping to APO, FPO, and PO boxes require additional time and will be required to go out via USPS Priority or Parcel Post depending on the item.

 

Delivery Methods:

Delivery methods will depend on the particular manufacturer. Most items are shipped UPS or Fedex. APO, FPO, and PO boxes will go out USPS priority mail. Upon request and for an additional charge, we can expedite these shipments.

 

Delivery Times:

Delivery time will vary with manufacturer and individual product.  Our goal is always to get your items to you in the fastest possible time. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping time can take anywhere from 1-14 business days, and on rush deliveries (extra charge for rush shipments) 1-3 business days. If you have a specific delivery time frame, we should discuss this prior to order placement.  Sometimes, through circumstances beyond our control, we do not make a projected delivery schedule.  We will do our best to expedite your order, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery day. Remember that ordering expedited shipments only changes shipping time and not order processing time. Every effort will be made to accommodate the appropriate shipping terms.

 

Return Policy:

Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please e-mail us at customerservice@blanketcentral.com,  or call 1.603.501.1942 within 7 days after receiving item(s) for return instructions. All returns of non-defective items must be in their original packaging and in new and un-used condition. We cannot accept returns of used or washed bedding. EXCEPTION: SnugFleece wool mattress pads have a 30-day "sleep guarantee" offered by the manufacturer. This item you can use and return within 30 days if not satisfied. However, SnugFleece items cannot be returned in washed condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees of non- defective items. All returns must have a pre-approved Return Authorization Number and we’ll provide you with a specific returns address. Returns without an RA# and sent to the specific address we provide you will not be accepted. For returns purposes please e-mail if possible as this provides each of us a record of the return transaction.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:

Sometimes mistakes do happen. Our apologies go out up front in the rare case this may happen. Great care is taken to assure the orders are accurate and correct. We can not be responsible for damages caused by any carrier. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please e-mail us at customerservice@blanketcentral.com or call at 1.603.501.1942 within 48 hours. You will be issued instructions for pick up and return of your defective or incorrect item and shipment of replacement.

 

Credits and Accounts:

The crediting of credit card accounts shall be governed exclusively by this Agreement.  In the event we determine to provide credit to your account in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, after verification, BlanketCentral.Com will issue credit to the original account number charged. Anticipate account crediting within (30) thirty days of our notifying you of your account credit amount.
